Man! I bought this LP in London when it came out. I didn't have a record player so I had to record it onto a cassette tape on a friend's record player. I still own it but I haven't listened to it for a long time. I'd probably still like it as much as I did back then if I did listen to it again. I still frequently play The Birthday Party records. Nick Cave isn't really Nick Cave any more if you ask me. The last record of his that I really liked was "The Boatman's Call".
