I don't think that this clip requires any comment from me, other than to say that it's my new girlfriend. (My wife says it's OK.) Thanks to Beth and Vinayak for sending it my way.

I'm already looking forward to their VH1 special that will reveal the truth about drummer snake's heroin addiction.
Okay, that's just hilarious.
A word of thanks to Beth for digging the video! But I am sure I have seen this band in an older B&W Hindi movie too.
And Todd, you should check out Vinod Khanna's Yuvraaj (1979) for some bollywood fantasy.
The thanks also should go to one of my favorite readers, Temple, who mailed it to me a few months ago as part of a round of "Bollywood youtube poker" ("You think THAT is crazy? Get a load of THIS!").
Vinayak, that Vinod Khanna movie sounds wonderful!
Ooh, Yuvraaj does sound good. And I'm delighted to hear that this musical combo made other screen appearances. I'm imagining a film in which they turn out to be Ted Lyons & His Cubs in their snake form. It would be like a cross between Nagin and A Hard Day's Night.
