Watching Zombie Lake and crying

Chances are that, even if you haven't seen Zombie Lake, there is very little I could tell you about it that you didn't already know. That's because, of all of the bad films that have been widely reviewed on the internet, Zombie Lake is one of the most ubiquitous, as well as probably the worst. It is for this reason that, when this month's B-Masters Round Table topic -- calling on its participants to address embarrassing gaps in their cult cinema watching resumes -- came around, I felt duty bound to take a dip. Read my full review, just posted over at Teleport City.

  1. so, is this worse than Night Of The Zombies, starring porn-star Jamie Gillis?...

    verrry amusing review as always.

  2. Someday I might watch Night of the Zombies so that I can answer that question. But the problem is that, for me to be able to do so, Zombie Lake will have to be such a distant memory that I may no longer be able to make the comparison.

  4. Horriblely written and acted; shoddy & boring. Somehow mass female nudity fails to save this film. This is hands-down the worst Nazi zombie film, but I've seen worse zombie films however. Much, much worse.

  5. I seriously almost bought this last week. I found a used copy for $10 and passed. I am glad that I did!

PLEASE NOTE: I do not sell, trade, upload or otherwise provide copies of the films that I review on this site, so please don’t ask.

Please, no questions about where to download films or subtitle files. If you are asking about the availability of a reviewed film on DVD, please make sure that you have first conducted a simple search of the film’s title on Google, eBay, and Amazon. That usually works for me.

Everyone else, BRING IT ON!
